Carry a water bottle with you, and make sure it is sufficiently filled with water all the time. While drinking water during meals isn’t a great idea for digestion, do make sure you drink plenty of fluids a little while after a meal.
Ensure, when you do take those breaks during work, and make sure you take a few seconds to drink some water. It is the easiest thing to do and not only will it help you stave off wrinkles it will help you in several other ways as well.
2. Stress:
Another by-product of modern living. Stress is everywhere nowadays. Very rarely will you find someone not taking stress – be it work-related or something to do with family life.
Stress, unfortunately, is the cause of several issues as you grow older, with wrinkles being one of them. So, trying to stay calmer than you have been, keeping things as simple as possible and not taking under stress, especially, over things that don’t matter. That is essential to live a wrinkle-free life.
3. Sun damage:
While getting some Vitamin D is essential for everyone, getting too much of it can have an adverse effect on your skin. Apart from being prone to cancer, excessive sun rays can lead to early wrinkles, and also the kind that will be hard to shake.

1. Diet:

So, make sure you start eating RIGHT early. Have the right amount of protein, make sure you get all your vitamins and stay away from anything and everything that will harm your health, outside and in, in the long-term. So, if you are a smoker now, think of this – the more you smoke, the more likely you are to get wrinkles and plenty of them at that.
Is it so difficult to stub it out? Or it is worth continuing smoking and risking all of those factors hitting you later (and that too a little later, not all that later) in life?

Another really good preventive measure, is, as mentioned above, not getting too much sun. While our skin does need exposure to those golden rays, we also need to make sure that exposure is under control.

3. Exercise:
Wait, what!? When did this article become a lose weight one? Nope, don’t worry, this is not that kind of exercise!
